We are getting ready for tonight and would like to wish everyone a safe and Happy Halloween from the Westside!

DRAPERY INSTALL

The draperies for our commercial client's space went in yesterday. Check out what a difference they make!

We have completed this project on a tight budget, and here is a great example of some serious cost savings - this is an Ikea kitchen! Who woulda thought?

All that is left is some artwork and accessories. More to come soon.

FARMHOUSE INSTALL

The past two days we have been busy installing and organizing for a beautiful farmhouse outside of Atlanta. The architecture is so incredible that we just needed to give the main living space a face lift. 

We have installed new drapery panels that are a gorgeous Holly Hunt fabric, new sofa from Bungalow, reupholstered a cool existing Italian chair in Jerry Pair leather, reupholstered an existing stool in Kyle Bunting hair on hide, slipcovered the existing dining chairs, and added a new hobbled shade in the kitchen -

Eventually we would like to replace the wing chairs with a new, fabulous chair upholstered in the Classic Cloth plaid on the sofa pillows. What do you think?

INSTALLATION PROGRESS

Yesterday we installed the majority of the furniture for one of our commercial clients. It was like Christmas morning waiting for the boxes to be unpacked! Check out some progress photos...

WESTSIDE WEDNESDAY

This year our west side is hosting the Camp Twin Lakes Partners Card Week. Between October 26 and November 4, purchase a partner card for $60 and receive 20% off at more than 400 Atlanta locations. The festivities begin at Peridot West next Friday, where you can purchase your card, there will be a raffle, and Westside CORE will be doing some pilates demos. Afterwards, the shops around here will have extended hours, while serving drinks to celebrate.

Coming up on October 28 is the third annual Sunday Supper South, a family-style dinner benefiting the James Beard Foundation and James Beard Scholarship Program. The event was originally inspired by the "Sunday Supper" at Chelsea Market in New York City, and has taken off on our west side as an event that brings our community together. So come enjoy the southern, seasonal food prepared by some of the most distinguished chefs from our region.

Today is the long-awaited opening of ADAC to the public. We are looking forward to all of the fun events that have been planned this week, so stop by to take part in the action.

On top of all the buzz, we are excited to have Jerry Pair feature our dress in their window this month. They have a super creative vignette showcasing the new fall fabric collections. Jerry Pair was our sponsor for the IIDA Dressed event, so we used Jim Thompson silk for the cape and lining, a Conrad shade for the actual dress, and a Clarence House trim for the belt.
