One of our favorite places around the office is Perrine's Wine Shop. It is a beautiful shop with a very knowledgeable staff. Perrine is originally from Burgundy, France, and served as the sommelier for several esteemed restaurants before opening up her own shop. She hand selects all of the wines carried in her store, and even puts together food and wine pairings for customers. It's such a fun and inviting place, we just love to stop in whenever we can.
Coming up next Tuesday is a tasting with the owner and winemaker Francois Servin from Chablis. We might just make a company event out of
it.
