CATHEDRAL ANTIQUES SHOW :: INSPIRATION

This year, The Design Atelier has been selected to participate in The Cathedral Antiques Show at the Cathedral of Saint Phillip.

We will be designing a vignette celebrating the outdoor life of Annie Oakley. Our exhibit will showcase beautiful antiques and accessories original to the late 1800s and early 1900s including Annie’s favorite gun, a sideaction .22. Because Annie preferred living in a tent over a typical residence, we will be setting up a tent in our showroom and portray her life the way she enjoyed it most.

Here is a peak at a couple antiques we have selected for the showroom: (available at Robuck)

We hope you all will join us at the show to see the finished product! There will be plenty to see including other exhibits inspired by the following people: Jackie Onassis, Coco Chanel, Alonzo Herdon, Winston Churchill, Halston, Queen of Sheba, and Thomas Jefferson.
